     ·  La check-in ni s-a explicat totul, am primit informatii chiar si despre oras, totul a fost foarte clar. Camera pe care am primit-o a fost foarte curata, fara mirosuri, foarte mare si confortabila, caldura ajustabila prin termostat! Cea mai buna parte a hotelului este piscina, care a fost peste asteptari aceasta fiind foarte calda si curata, are chiar si o gradina langa piscina daca vrei sa stai afara. Sauna nu am folosit-o insa era functionala Am primit aprobare de a face un check-out tarziu, am intarziat aproximativ o ora pentru a nu perturba somnul de pranz al copilului. Micul dejun se serveste de tip bufet daca sunt destui oameni cazati (peste 10) sau se serveste a la carte daca sunt mai putini oameni cazati, acesta a fost gustos si aratau foarte proaspete toate preparatele. Doamna de la receptie a fost dragua si ne-a oferit si o cana pentru a fierbe apa in camera (pentru rpepararea lapteului copilului)
     ·  In camera nu functiona becul si spun becul pentru ca exista doar unul singur in holul camerei, in camera principala exista doar 2 veioze si o lampa de birou Apa de la dus a fost calda pana la ora 19, dupa ce am venit de la piscina (ora 21) nu am mai avut apa calda pentru a face dus, a trebuit sa asteptam pana dimineata.

     ·  Hotelul este foarte bine amplasat chiar în centrul orașului, camera a fost spațioasă cu tavan înalt, patul foarte confortabil, băiat dotata cu tot ce trebuie,zona de spa este decentă și curată,apa în piscină era foarte plăcută și caldă,sauna micuța dar noi am fost doar 2 în toată zona de spa și a fost perfect. Recomand!

     ·  Il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude pendant une nuit et un matin. Les prises de courant sont vetustes, pour allumer la lumiere dans la salle de bain il faut allumer le couloir ce qui n'est pas agreable quand on se leve la nuit, Le jacuzzi ne marchait pas. D'une maniere generale l'hotel est VIEUX et a besoin d'etre RENOVE en profondeur

     ·  Din pacate conditiile de la spa sunt sub un hotel de 4 stele, jacuzzi nu fdunctioneaza, spatiul unde se afla piscina nu era incalzit iar sauna are lemn invechit, in rest e in regula

     ·  Location is decent if one endeavours to stay in the “downtown” area. Nice views of the city.
     ·  The bed had blood stains on it, which we didn’t notice until the morning. The bathroom had broken tiles and the electrical outlets didn’t work. The tub was stained, old with a shower head that didn’t stay in place and had to be held in hand (mechanisms broken). The carpet was gross and the general furniture was old and intolerably neglected. Front desk was always vacant. This place needs a massive makeover.
